The Idaho Haunted Trail

Idaho's haunted stops trace the state's mining rushes and territorial justice. Boise's downtown core and the abandoned silver camp of Silver City carry most of the lore, alongside the sandstone prison walls Boise built to hold its territorial inmates. Walking tours run through both the capital and Idaho Falls after dark, and the state's oldest hotel still takes overnight guests in a ghost town reachable only by gravel road. Idaho does not yet have its own curated driving loop. The national trail route and HauntBound's broader western guide cover the wider Rocky Mountain region until one is built.
