   The building on Main Street in Santaquin, more than a century old, served as a mechanic shop, floral shop, post office, and bus stop before Leslie's Family Tree Restaurant opened there in the 1980s and ran for 36 years until closing on November 13, 2020. Investigators reported a wall clock that stopped and restarted running backward, doors opening and closing on their own, children's laughter in empty rooms, and a shadowy figure near the register.

Staff and investigators describe Nurse Maria, a presence in the basement, a child called Jessica on the third floor, and agitated disturbances on the upper floors attributed to an Alzheimer's patient known as Wes.

   Fielding Garr built Utah's oldest structure, an adobe house, on Antelope Island in 1848; the island grew into one of the largest sheep operations before becoming a state park in 1981. In 1862 Jean Baptiste was convicted of robbing more than 300 graves, tattooed on the forehead, and banished to Antelope and Fremont Island, where he vanished. Staff and investigators report a floral scent, a voice saying 'Looking for you,' and scratches on their skin.
