Southwest Expeditions LLC is a Las Cruces adventure-tour operator whose offerings include rafting, biking, and hiking alongside its Southwest Paranormal Adventures ghost-tour line. The company partners with Paranormal Research Investigations (PRI), a nonprofit investigation team based in El Paso, Texas, on several of its products.

For the 1937 Courthouse and Jail, the operator's copy describes reported voices, footsteps, and shadow figures recorded by past investigators in the building's old jail cells and a third-floor room the original floor plans identify separately, and states the site has been featured on the television programs Ghost Adventures and The Paranormal Files. For Old Mesilla, the operator's copy describes paranormal activity reported in the district's historic buildings and shops without naming specific incidents beyond The Double Eagle, where the tour concludes.
