The operator's Booze and Boos Tour page describes 'haunted sea vessels, hotels, restaurants, aircraft carriers, lighthouses,' the district's Wild West-era 'dark side,' and a possible 'ghostly glimpse of Wyatt Earp himself,' who ran gambling halls in the Gaslamp Quarter in the 1880s. The same page references a building the operator says Congress designated 'The Most Haunted House in America' without naming which building on the route this refers to.
The Nightmares and Nightcaps meeting instructions are supplied in the booking confirmation; the tour continues up 5th Avenue, closing at what the operator calls 'one of the oldest buildings in the Gaslamp' without naming it.
