ApparitionsResidual HauntingsUnexplained Sounds

The operator's own tour description introduces three recurring reported figures without full identification: "Julia," described as a woman who worked as a lady of the evening and who the operator says still keeps company with married men staying in her former room; "Nat," a miner the operator says owed a debt and paid for it with his life; and the "Lady in White," credited by the operator with having saved the lives of three children. The tour visits the alleys, stairways, and a couple of historic buildings associated with these accounts without naming specific present-day addresses on the operator's public pages.

All of this is the tour operator's own marketing and narrative material, describing what the tour covers rather than an independently verified account of any location's history.
